Developed a sprinkler head leak on a holiday weekend in a 13 year old system. Contacted Joe Matthews, who was more than gracious and patiently talked us through draining down the system to stop the leak until the system could be repaired. Jake was courteous when I called to set up the service call, and Kevin arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and patiently explained each step of the repair. Very respectful and cheerful.
